Refund Policy
At Quiver, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction; however, due to the specialized nature of our products, our return process follows a detailed and conditional framework. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating any request:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returned items must meet all of the conditions below. If a single condition is not met, the request will be automatically declined:

The product must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition, including all packaging materials, protective films, tags, manuals, and accessories.

The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, based on the official tracking information.

Proof of purchase (order number, payment confirmation, and clear photos of the item) must be provided.

Any item purchased during promotional periods, discount events, or with limited-edition status is strictly non-returnable.
2. Return Authorization Procedure
Before sending any item back, customers must obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC) by submitting a formal request through our support portal.
Your request will undergo a three-step verification process, which may take between 5 to 12 business days:

If all steps are successfully validated, the RAC will be issued. Returns shipped without an RAC will be rejected upon arrival.
3. Shipping Requirements

Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, brokerage charges, and any additional transportation expenses.

The item must be shipped using a trackable and insured service.

If the package is lost or damaged in transit, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
4. Inspection & Processing
Once the item arrives at our facility, it undergoes a multi-point inspection which may take up to 20 business days.
Refund approval is not guaranteed and depends solely on the result of this inspection.
Products showing any sign of wear, handling, scratches, or micro-damage will be automatically disqualified.
5. Refund Structure
If the return is accepted:

Refunds will be issued only in store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee, a 5% processing fee, and any shipping charges originally covered by Quiver.

Store credit is valid for 120 days from issuance and cannot be transferred, extended, or converted into cash.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
No returns will be processed under the following circumstances:

Products purchased as part of bundles or promotional sets.

Items exposed to moisture, heat, or improper installation.
-
Lamps showing color variation due to natural LED behavior.
-
Customer dissatisfaction based on “personal taste” (brightness, vibe, aesthetic preference, etc.).
7. Final Clause
Quiver reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts all terms listed above.
